Im still gonna put the oatmeal ._. but if i dont have to put the apples and carrots

They actually make gels that do both food and water for crickets. We carry a few of them, my personal favorites are the Nature Zone Total Bites and the Repashy Bug Burger. The bug burger you have to mix up yourself (I use this for my roach colony) but the total bites are green cubes that are super easy to use and smell good.

Check those out! They come with a ton of various nutrients and vitamins in them, making them an easy way to gutload your feeders. :)

mealworms eat the oatmeal or wheat bran for their food. it's quite nutritious. apples can have high levels of pesticides and i wouldn't recommend using them for water. potato slices or carrot are the best. i prefer carrot, personally.

good luck!

Giving vegatable to mealworms not only gives them moisture, but nutrition that is then passed on to the geckos that eat them. I use kale, carrots, potatoes, and even occasionally dandelion leaves. The purpose is to make the insects have a high level of nutritional value when the lizards eat them,
