Water Dish Idea

Think I may have found a good homemade water dish (free) ... Not sure though ...

My Question is:
It is about the same size as a glass ashtry (I know a lot of folks on here use them) ... The hole is a little smaller in diameter but has a nice deep side wall to prevent spilling ... Also because of the weight geckos do not flip them :)

Does it need to be big enough though for geckos to lay down in to bath ... does it need to be if you have a good moist hide they use?

Ha! That's a really good idea, I know exactly what that is too ;)

Think it is a good size to use? ... I have tons of these do to my wifes decor :)

I'd say yes. I'm still getting my tanks set up and all but I am using a glass pillar candle holder (2"across x 1/3" deep inside) for a water dish. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Since I noticed that leos like to occasionaly get in there and take a bath, I buy dishes that are large enough for them to get into. :D
But those glass things look okay. They are heavy enough so they wont get knocked over or moved around. :)
