This is a first. Just now I saw just white poop ( no brown) and in a little pool of water. Also, noticed one dried round brown spot on a tile. Could not tell if blood or poop.

Any comments?

Well, maybe they happened to get everything out, drank, and then went later before they could eat, resulting in the white "poop". As for blood, i'm positive leos dont get their periods.

eh...you might as well skip this post. It's meaningless.

lol rosalie!

Is it a gravid female? sometimes they can pass just urates.

I don't think she is and really don't know how to tell.

The reason I mentioned the "spot" is because I would assume passing blood would not be a good sign. I was not wiggin out because she is not acting hurt or sick.

One thing I am not sure of is crickets and meal worms. Meaning I don't know how to check them to be sure I am not feeding her something that may cause poop issues. I am getting my crickets and giant mealies at Pet$mart.

I use bottled water and change it everyday. I only feed the crickets that are jumping and seem healthy. Yet at times I find dead ones.

It's just this dang gone learning curve.....lol

The other "variable" is I feed her crickets at night ( she may eat 2 sometimes 3) I keep the mealies in her tank..... but she may not eat any for a day or 2. Then she may eat the mealies in the day time or late at night.

I would start ordering the feeder insects because you get more for your dollar and they tend to be better quality than pet stores. It is a learning curve, I find new things out all the time it's awesome haha

Also some people do not prefer giant mealies because they give them a hormone that delays their pupa stage and allows them to stay worms longer and grow larger. It's up to you but I thought I would throw that out there.

I really think she should be fine, I would see how her next bowel movements are and if it continues get it checked out. How are your temps?
