Just wanting to know if wax worms are the same ass bee moths that you would use for blue gill fishing. I have a older male Wally Jr. that seems to be on a hunger strike as he just sniffs his mealies and turns his head so I thought I would try a wax worm to see if it will jump start him eating again. I had his tank to much in line with the A/C and his temps were down for awhile but have since fixed that and have his temps 85-88 he is getting a little more active (although he hasn't really been that active since I rescued him because they didn't have a clue as to how to care for him) and he does drink water he is still fat and has a fat tail so I know he isn't in imedient danger but He used to eat 7-10 mealies every 3 days. He has never ate crix for what reason I don't know and he really never cared for supers as he would only eat one a week. Sorry about the length of this.
