Like most of us I use little gladware tubs for my humid hides. Has anyone come up with a way to make them more opaque? I was thinking Krylon's made a spray paint the molecularly bonds to plastic. But than I doubt thats safe.

I use baby wipe boxes. They are not see through and you can either cut the opening in the side or the top. The lid opens for easy access to the hide. You can get them in several different sizes and you can use the wipes to clean up poo.

Ruby that's such a good idea.

I use gladware containers and just hot glue fake flowers and leaves on them. It's a bit time consuming, but it makes the hides look so pretty.

My husband built rock caves to camafloge our diaper wipe boxes. We used river rock that we baked to steralize.

I used rustoleum stone textured paint. So they look like rocks.

I simply buy the cheap tupperware that already has the blue tops. The sides are already opaque enough where it doesn't really bother the geckos.
