weight of hatchlings at one month????

hey guys what is the average weight of a hatchling around one month old? does 5 grams sound ok?

5 grams seems a little low for one month. Our hatchlings are two weeks old and they already weigh 6 grams. I'm not sure how much they should weigh at 1 month, but I'd guess at least 10 grams.

From what I understand they just about double their weight in the first month, so I'd say 8-10 grams.

My last month old hatchlings were 16 and 17g. :x
My current month old hatchlings are about 12g each.

My May 24 hatchlings weigh 9 grams

It can vary tremendously. First of all, my geckos' hatchling weights range from 2-5 grams. At 1 month this season weights range from 5-15 grams. 5 grams is a little small, but some geckos (especially if they start at 2 grams) just gain slowly. I have a gecko born last Aug. that weighs about 35 grams despite great attention to feeding her. Another gecko born the same week was 40 grams when I sold her in Jan.
