Hey guys,

On last 3 days I noticed some weird behaviors with my "guy".

He used to be very calm, and always when I'm closed to his tank he comes and like to be in my hands.

The last 3 days he spent all the time on his moist hide. Today I tried to took him but he was very agitated. I put him back on his tank and he starts running really fast and looks "scared"...He ate some superworms and after 5 secs he throw up all worms...they were still alive....

I don't know if it's normal..he really looks weird...changing from very calm to very agitated.

Should I look for a vet?

Sorry for my english...I'm an international student living in US. :D

I am sorry to read that your Leo is having problems

Was the regurgitation only one time?
It could be that he ate too much too fast

If this is continuing-yes I would make a vet appointment for him

Have you checked your tank temperature lately?

With the warmer temps of summer -the tank/enclosure temperatures can rise to uncomfortable and dangerous levels

Overhead incandescent lights will add heat to an enclosure and can be left off or removed as long as you are using an under the tank heater

Can you please provide the details of your tank set-up and the age /weight of your Leo

Hi Sandy...thank you for your help.

Yeah, the regurgitation was just one time...but he seems weird.
I have a 10g tank, with carpet ...one moist hide and one warm hide for him.
I will check the temps... I tried to pick up him, but he is running from me...and it never happened before.

I took a picture of him and he seems "Healthy" for me. Look:

I will check the temps and let you know...again, thank you for your help.

He looks healthy from that pic
Nice Leo!
:D
Do you have any more pics of him?

Perhaps he just ate too much -too fast

You are very welcome-it is my pleasure to try and be of some help here

Keep an eye on him and let us know what the temps are-make sure that you are checking the temps right over the uth for the hot spot

If you are using a heat lamp-you might want to switch to a uth as it provides a better heat gradient in a tank with a small floor area as a 10 gal has
