Weird bugs in crickets?

I noticed these little bugs all over in my cricket container and it appears they can fly or move very fast...I hear they are cleaners? But I noticed alot of them just wondering if they are harmful to my
Reptiles in any way?

They are dermastid beetles and are not harmful, though they can be a bit annoying if they breed endless in a planted tank (now how do you imagine I know that?)
