hey.
erm im not sure if this should be in the health section as it may be normal... but im quite sure its not.

ive been keeping leo's a while, and been on this forum for a few days (im sure youve seen me posting)

anyway my problem is, for about a week or two, i keep hearing every now and then from my gecko rack a high pitched screech. now i know hatchlings do this as defensive but on my rack there is no hatchlings at themoment. the youngest is at like 5 months. also theyre not fighting because they are all housed seperately.

So what is causing one of my geckos to randomly squeal??!?! lol.

cheers.

I hear it very occasionally from the gang and usually can't figure out who it is and why they did it.

One of my male used to do it a lot. He lets out a loud squeal when he stretches (twists body to one side) after he wakes up around 6-7pm. Its a routine thing. I can even hear him in a different room! Unfortunately, he died in July this year. Don't worry, nothing to do with the squeal.

It's adorable when they yawn! Ours always sleeps with her nose just poking out of her warm hide...when she falls asleep it is so cute as i can watch her yawn first, then her eyes slowly close and then her chin drops and she's out cold!

my display ones sleep as if theyve just fallen sleep on the spot without even knowing... they just looked like theyve flopped whilst walking... chins are on the floor and the legs are spread out flat. really cute :)
