Parents are Snowglow x MS Reverse Stripe Raptor. Mating was observed and I know for a fact that the male was not our snowglow enigma (he is in a pet tank, no where near the gecko room) but a "normal" snowglow, no enigma. The female also is not an enigma. My son also keeps impeccable records and is not willing to breed genetic faults, so we have a couple of pet enigmas now.

That said, what the heck is this? Both hatchlings from this clutch have ruby red eyes :main_yes:, and are beautiful and healthy. However, the one with the spots is throwing me off. 'We have never had raptor or snow babies, but one of these girls is not like the other!

Sorry for the crummy cell phone pictures, I will try to get better ones tomorrow if needed.

These guys are three days old so we know they will change a lot, but those spots are intriguing.

So what does that first one look like to you?

Thanks Katie!

That's the one that scares me a little, no enigma but those spots on her head...I don't know...at least it will be a lot of fun to watch her grow. I know they change so much, but I hope those orange rings stick around :main_thumbsup:

Geez they look enigma to me, especially the first one.
Do you have pics of the parents?
Was the mother ever breed before? It could be possible that she retained sperm.
