Oh yeah tell me about it. I've got 5 females and only 1 has layed some eggs but the good thing is that she's giving me good eggs for her first year but my other 4 hasn't ovulated and i really wanna start breeding my raptors.

And it's always the really good morphs that ovulate late. My Radar girls are taking their sweet time haha but the SHT has been ready to go for 6 weeks lol

So far 2 leo eggs and 2 fat tail eggs, none viable. Some geckos seem gravid but nothing's happening. It was like this last year too and I got no hatches till Memorial Day weekend!

I've been stalking the lay boxes.....so far one girl has laid. They've shed, gone off food, dug to china, shed again, gone back on food, off again. It's a conspiracy!

How do you know they are duds or not once they are laid? you can tell from candling from the first day?

They where not firmed up and felt like half full water balloons so most likley duds I dont usually candle my eggs but when I did yeah I could tell first day the bullseye is there within 24 hours for sure I put them in the bator any ways I have seen the balloon eggs firm up and hatch so........ Fingers crossed hope they work out

Well for me one of my females started in oct. of last year and out of 11 eggs 4 have hatched and 3 more are in the icubator cooking. the first 4 from this female were bad. I have 3 more females with only one of them ovulating right now. I am still waiting on the other two to ovulate. Good luck to every one this year.
