Hi everyone!
First, I'll show off my little girl, Wendy. She has been with me for nearly 3 years now and she's such a character. Definitely a diva, but she's a big sweetheart
(Photos taken a few weeks ago, the sand was a temporary substrate!)
And this is Sunkist, the male that I adopted today
A man has had him up for adoption as he doesn't seem capable to house the gecko properly, so I decided to take him in. He is indeed a male and a very handsome one at that! He's currently in quarantine and will be for another 49 days.
He's very skinny for a male his age, much skinnier than Wendy, so I'm really glad his previous owner decided to re-home him. He's not too skinny to a point where he can't get better, so he'll have to be on a good steady diet for a couple of weeks. His tail is very, very thin, which is not healthy, and I'm planning on fattening his tail up to the width of his head. He also has two missing digits, but they've healed nicely.
And some bonus pictures of Wendy today, snoozing up in her cave
