We're Back!

Hey Everyone,

After a lot of sweat and battles with our old domain host and server we revamped our site and re-did all the content from beginning to end.

Our old site was strictly flash and required downloading of real time player, didn't allow banners, didn't push to the crawlers, etc.. I can write in flash but it still wasn't enough to our liking.

I finally got around to writing an HTML site and added a ton of pics. We also got a lot of art from a few of our photographer friends..

On a side note - I have a master's in exercise physiology and am writing code! what happened to me?!?! :main_huh:

If you take a look at the about us page you can even see what the misses and I look like. That way maybe you may be able to recognize us at the Daytona Show! Nobody ever seems to recognize me though.. they just recognize my wife and talk to her like i'm not even there..

Look forward to hearing from everybody!

Let us know what you think because were definitely open to criticism and after looking each page for days on end it all seems to blur together..

I even quoted Marcia in the Health Care Page! "If you can't afford the vet, don't buy the pet!' Just don't sue me for trademark infringement on that quote Marcia..

that was one of my many gripe with them.. they wouldn't let me condense their code to allow it to load quicker on slower pc's and internet connections..

my old host was a pain and wouldn't allow me to change a lot of the flash they had already created.. although most of the time I did.. which pissed them off a bit.. they were also expensive..

the look was nice but as the saying goes, "looks aren't everything", plus i think i was able to build a good skin for our new one and add a lot of the art i've collected..

My buddy and I built a server and he's hosting it now and i have free reign to do what i want now..

I dont have any hosting ,just a domain. I have been wanting to but its expensive.

well what type of hosting do you need? from your forum it looks like you're doing well.. I just use mine for back up and handling overflow if the site gets bogged down and if i'm on the road and need him to change something..

I keep all my files and HTML setting on the server for back up and pushing to traffic crawlers..

I wouldn't call it lucky.. more of a curse because my wife won't allow me to pay someone else to do it..

Very nice site maby you would like to make mine for next year lol. I also like your genetics page it included more morph types than any other I've seen. I hope to have a pic for your Bananna Blazing Blizzard in a few seasons .

I worked hard on both those pages and it took a lot of research and time. The morphs page took even longer because so many people have different interpretations of the morphs and genetics I got a lot of criticism (positive and negative) which caused a lot of revision until I was happy with it. It constantly being changed and updated as well.

Blazing Banana - i've never really seen a true one of these. I've seen blazings, i've seen blizzards, i've seen what some have called banana blizzards but i haven't seen a true blazing with a genuine yellow hugh to it that could truely be called a Banana Blazing.

Let me know if you get one..

Alright now.. the verbal assault is getting out of hand.. i sincerely doubt my wife did a sympathy marriage!! I'll remember these words fellas when we're at the Daytona show and we see you.. you'll be talking to my wife and I'll come up and bludgeon each of you to death with a repti-rock heater in one hand and a bag of teal blue calci sand in the other! :main_laugh:
