What about a stand?

I searched and searched all over the forum, and the internet. Has anyone built a stand for their tank? I don't want to do racks, they just dont look nice in my room. Anyyyways ... just wondering...

We probably are going to start building soon because it is absolutly ridiculous to find a stand for a 40G breeder.

I have a stand that I bought from an aquarium supply place, but that'll probably be used for my Fat Tails when my new enclosure finally arrives. My Leos are in a rack.

I dont think it would be that hard to build a stand although i havent done it myself. My stand that I had for my old fish tank that my leo is now in works great because there is no top. Just edges the tank rests on which makes it so the UTH doesnt burn the wood or anything. You may want to do something like that.

Here's another choice:

buy a shelf unit. Put the tank you have on top and get front opening tanks for the shelves (glasscages.com "stackable" cages --you don't have to stack them, they do fine in a shelf unit.),
