What ages did your geckos stop growing?

Reptiles continue to grow throughout their lives, they just don't grow much after a certain point. This would be much harder to notice in small animals like leos, compared to big animals like monitors or large snakes.

As for what age to maturity, that depends on the genetics of the animal (lineage, did it's parents/grandparents grow up quickly?) and the conditions it is kept in. A reptile fed tons will grow big very quickly. Fed sparingly the growth can be spread out over many, many years.

For most leos, and similar geckos, mature size should probably be reached at 1-2 years of age. You could probably power-grow one to adult-size in 6 months, but that's likely not healthy.
