I thought it would be fun to post pics of ourselves when we were kids so we can make fun of each other lol. I have a couple funny ones.

Heres me and my dad. I'm on what looks to me like a donkey? lol. I am holding on for dear life and it's not even moving.

This is me at my great aunt's house in Clearwater, FL where we used
to vacation a lot. I'm not sure who that sun belonged to.

...and just because I found it, here's Jersey as a pup hanging out at my Mom's house.
Six years later, and that's still one of her favorite places to nap when we're there.

I'll have to dig out some pics and scan them. I know by your standards I'm probably still considered a kid. Haha very funny that just means your old j/k. But I was the little kid that had red hair and all the little old ladies would say "Where did you get that red hair..." And when I was little I'd always get mad and say it was brown! Hahaha.

Derek, My sister had red hair as a kid too and never liked to admit it either lol. Why are children ashamed of red hair? Is it the red headed step child syndrome?

Why are children ashamed of red hair?

As a red-headed, pasty-skinned, freckled kid, I was constantly teased and ridiculed! I hated having red hair, and begged my mother to let me dye it brown. It wasn't until I was in my 30's that suddenly red-heads were actually considered attractive.

We moved and I can't find any of our pictures. I guess I'm going to have to unpack a few boxes. Marsha and Derek, we need to start a redhead's group, lol. My hair is still the exact same bright orange it was when I was born. Everyone used to come up and touch when I was little, it used to drive me crazy!!
