The only think I woudl change is the gecko head should go all the way off the page. The bleed is there because you dont want a space between the image and the side of the card, make sure the head go all the way to the end of the bleed.

Matt, I was thinking the same thing. I'd definitely move the gecko head over to the edge of the card.

when the cards are printed it wil be on the edge

But the machines are not always 100% precise, so you might see some gray behind then neck. I really strongly advise you bleed it off the edge.
