What do you think? Does this look like a RAPTOR?

My local reptile store breeds his own Leos, he had an ad on kijiji for he ones he has available. I emailed about the sex of the Raptor. He figures it's a female
Problem is, this guy has trouble morphing his babies and has sold some Leos claiming they are one morph when they are a similar one. What do you guys think? is this a Raptor? Would you go for it?

It definitely looks like a raptor but it looks very thin. I would probably look elsewhere for a healthy animal rather than purchase one that may be sick.

^^^ x 1000....I would not buy it. When I bought my first leos, I didn't know what I was doing. I bought skinny ones and they wouldn't eat, had diarhea, vomited, etc etc...they were returned or died.. :(

You dont want ANY that have been in contact/cage with that one......and there are some "superparasites" that survive ammonia blea h and wot water. So if there is any chance the breeder is sharing germs between cages (like taking all dishes for cleaning and putting back randomly).....i would choose a different store. My phobia is so bad now i wouldnt take a free one and bring it home to be quarantined. (individual quarantining is a MUST for ALLLLLL new additions)

Just for information sake (because I agree that you shouldn't buy this gecko and possibly no gecko from this store), it's impossible to determine whether it's a Raptor or an Aptor without seeing the eyes. Red eyes or snake eyes would make it a Raptor, normal albino eyes would make it an Aptor.

I hate to assume anything but.......a good respectable breeder/pet-store shouldn't be selling a gecko in that condition, right? Yeah, I would buy elsewhere.. :(
