Hi everyone Im looking to get a gecko very soon if things work out, and need help finding out which ones would be a good first gecko for me. Due to location, its going to have to be a pet store gecko but Im not looking to breed or anything like that.
Of course the most common locally is the leopard gecko, which there is tons of info about, and it looks like an easy to care for gecko with a good personality. As of right now Im thinking this might be my best bet. Of course each animal varies.
They also recently got in marble geckos which they are selling very cheap, but I can't find any real info about them. Cool looking critters, but if it's not a good first gecko I want to stay away from them. They also had spined? or spikey geckos, I can't remember which, and very little info about them as well.
Sorry for the rambling post, basically just wondering if anyone has any info about those two, or can recommend others that make for a good beginner gecko. Thanks!
