what happen with my gecko???

As in the pic,what is it the red spot on the tail?the scale is even obvious and it has grown up to the bulge..is it normal or sort of infection?

Are you talking about the V shaped spots? That's just the pattern of pores showing that the gecko is male and the lump is the hemipenal bulge, which is normal. I don't see the red spot you're talking about otherwise..

can u see the redish scale which had label?
i am worry coz i couldnt find any at my other geckos.

Most males get that shiny, sort of off color look to the bottom of their tails once they reach sexual maturity. It's completely normal.
