I took notice to Loken & Calypso's tails both being like this near the end and about a half inch back. This doesn't look good, but I'd don't know what it is. Only think I'm thinking of is some kind of infection? I checked the other two cresties and they're fine. What is this? How do we solve the problem? are they going to end up loose the ends of their tails?

They haven't had any injuries such as getting tails caught in lids or anything like that. But they do both have a nasty habit of leaping off our hands when we're feeding them and such.

are they housed alone or with other geckos? It honestly looks like bite marks. Right now just keep them clean. You can use neosporin on it if you wish, just wash with warm water and a q-tip daily. You will want to keep the enclosure slightly more dry, to moist can make the infection worse, to dry can cause resp infections, so when you mist, just mist a little lighter. Normally this will clear itself up in its own time, so unless it gets progressively worse, I honestly wouldnt worry to much about it, it is actually rather common with these guys when offering live. I lost several gecko tails and a few tips of the tails this year due to live feeding, which is rather irritating, and that was from the first time they were offered crickets! Errr....

Looks like some bullying going on. If housed together, you may want to consider separating the two. Like James/Melissa mentioned, keep it clean to prevent infection. Generally, if you just keep it clean, you'll be ok. I've seen this in some of mine, and once separated, the tails healed fine.
