whould a tremper albino with red eyes be a banded raptor?

I just call them red-eyed bandeds. The only "patternless" Raptors on the planet are Diablos and Embers.

I *think* it will also need to show the other traits that make a raptor to be a raptor. ie Patternless and ORange. But then, banded raptors aren't patternless???

Yep, technically it would be a Ruby Eyed Banded Albino, but there are those that would call it a "Banded Raptor". "Raptor" only referring to the eyes, in that case.
