we have a 8 month old blazing blizzard, she is just over 8 inches at the moment, and weighs 68g. she's bigger then every other female we own and she is also the youngest. is it possible that she may have some giant genectics in her, or is she (as i suspect) just a big girl?
what are the traits of a giant? and how big would she have to get and how much should she weigh??

To be a genetic giant, she would have to have at least one parent that is a giant. Some leopard geckos just grow big. Normal giants (which are technically hets) grow to about 100 grams by one year of age. Super giants (the homozygous form) grow to over 120 grams by one year of age. Also, giants hatch out a little bigger than normals, and are lanky looking. Their body looks really stretched out and their tails look way too long. They typically grow very very fast and put on alot of weight once they stop growing. What were the parents of your leo?
