Being het for two different albino strains is bad only for breeding. If you were to breed two geckos that were het for the same two albino strains and produce an albino, it would be nearly impossible to visually be able to tell which albino is being expressed. It could be just one albino strain or both at the same time. Since the only way that breeders have to reliably identify an albino strain is visually and you cant reliably do so because there are multiple albino strains in an animal it therefore "muddys the waters".
