Usually Trempers have light silver eyes but occasionally have Red or Black. It has to be Tremper as Rainwater and Bell are/shouldn't be in the pairing.

Did one or both of the parents have a Reverse Stripe pattern?

Ohh the Blanco is het RAPTOR. So that means that the offspring have a 25% chance of being Eclipse. I would say no Eclipse. Striped Tremper het Blizzard poss het Eclipse.

If the eyes are red that means it has Eclipse in it. It does look like a RAPTOR Reverse Stripe but the eyes don't back it up. That's why I said Reverse Striped Albino.

I'd almost guarantee that the "black" eyes are actually a very deep red. I have a Mack raptor who at first glance looks like her eyes are solid black, but if you look closely and in the light, you can tell that it's red. My vote is that you have a reverse stripe raptor.
