Had a thread in the other section and was advised it would be better in here. Just wondering what morph my new rehomed gecko he seems way too pale to be a high yellow.

IMO, his spots are too uniform to be anything normal. Whatever he is, he surely is amazing! I just LOVE the lighter appearance that he has! He is so very beautiful :sweetheart:

A very good surprise indeed! Not that there is anything wrong with a normal; but when you think you have a normal, and realize that your gecko doesn't look so normal, you can't help but wonder what may be going on with those genes :) At any rate, he doesn't look normal or high yellow at all ;)

Anyone else have ideas what he might be ?

So far I have had 3 suggestions

1. Pale high yellow
2. Mack snow ghost / Hypo mack snow
3. Abberent/reverse stripe

I've seen these types occasionally in Raptor/Eclipse and Mack snow projects--it looks just like an "Abyssinian", but to me it just looks like an expression of hypo, or ghost, or pastel? Or possibly a less interupted expression of albino? From the projects I've seen these come out of, i'm assuming it might be tied in some way to stripe genetics? I've been calling them: "str-ypo"(stripe/hypo) :D There's nothing "normal" about that gecko, so what do you bred it to??? Congrats on the super cool find, hope it produces some "question answerers" for you :main_thumbsup:

I'd name him/her "Cloud" :D
