What morphs are these guys?

This is kinda of an unsolved case on the other Gecko Forum that I have asked this question so I decided I would come over here and ask.

The male, which is the one towards the top of the picture is a for sure Striped Tremper. The female, which is the one towards the bottom is the challenge. I thought that she was a Hybino but then someone else said Hypo Baldy. Now we are back to the whole she is a Albino (Hybino) deal again. Can someone please clear this up?

I am concerned because if the female is a Hybino then I would be creating Genetic mutts with the Hybino and the Striped Tremper. Correct?

I would appreciate it if someone would clear up this matter.

The picture doesn't get big enough for me to be able to see it. My understanding of "hybino" is a Tremper superhypo tang, so it shouldn't be a problem. Any way to get the picture bigger?

It's still a bit hard to tell whether her tail is truly brown or faded black. If it's faded black, she's not an albino at all and it doesn't matter. If the person who used the term "hybino" is using it correctly, then it should be a Tremper. If there's any way to check with the breeder/seller I'd recommend it.

If it is OK to breed a tremper with a tremper without creating mutts? So it definitely looks like a hybino then? There isn't a way to contact the breeder.

Do I want to stay away from all Hets when it comes to Albinos? I can breed other morphs with albinos and I wouldn't create mutts right?

The only think you want to stay away from is crossing albino strains, tremper to tremper is 100% fine, but say crossed to a bell would be a big no-no.

I am going to just assume that I can breed her to my Striped Tremper without creating mutts because I have gone around to forum after forum and they can't ID her at all.

Here are the possible situations:

--if you're sure she's an albino and you breed her to an albino, all the babies will be albino and you know you have the same strains of albino (that sounds likely from everything you've posted)

--if you're sure she's an albino and the babies are not albinos, then she's a different strain and you've created "mutts"

--if you're not sure she's an albino and the babies are not albinos, then it's likely she's not an albino.

I hope that helps.
