Hang on, it's only been 4 hours ( and some people have been at work that whole time). The one on the left is a high yellow and the one on the right is a superhypo tangerine, possibly carrot tail if the spots under the orange at the base of the tail disappear.

Carrot tail has nothing to do whether or not the spots disappear. It's just if the tail has a certain amount of dark orange, with or without spots.

Your left guy is a High Yellow and your right a Super Hypo Tangerine Carrot Tail (maybe, can't see his tail well).

All the high yellows I've seen tend to be a brighter yellow. This one's yellow to me just seems really muddy looking like a normal.

Isn't this all basically "office pooling" until someone breeds these things for a few cycles? And from everything I read wouldn't the spots on the right gecko's tail that go almost all the way down to the base of its body disqualify it from technically being a carrot tail? Also can you really tell how yellow that left gecko will be before the bands have had a chance to fade all the way? Seems a little early to be able to pick morphs without knowing the genetics of the parents.
