I bought both of these cute little guys from PetSmart. They sold it to me as a "Fancy" and "Normal." I'm pretty the "Normal" is a Jungle Carrot Tail from the research I've been doing, but I'm not 100% sure. The second one I'm not so sure about. Please help me out?

The other is a Murphy Patternless by the looks of it. Could be some hidden genetics in there too, if they came from Petsmart. The other looks like a jungle carrot tail, like you thought.

I would agree with Murphy's Patternless for the first (obviously the one with no black patern..haha) and some variation of normal/hypo/ CarrotTail on the second. Very cute!

Thank you so much for answering me. I also got upset about the tails. What was really upsetting is every leopard gecko in PetSmart's tank had a regenerated tail. It bugs me but at the same time I think its kinda amazing how they come back. Not every regenerated tail looks the same and that's what fascinates me. On another note I bought another one today, so I'll be posting a picture later. Judging by the eyes (which I've been told to do with albinos) they have a high contrast of orange around the pupil and I've been told that is a sign it is Albino Enigma. It has no black spots though. So I think it has Patternless in it as well. I hope you can help me when I post pictures up of her.

A close up shot of the eye would help with determining if it's albino (and which strain) or enigma. The speckling on the body gives away that it's a Murphy's Patternless though.

I would be careful to separate two males will eventually kill eachother especially if a female is around
