What size superworms are best?

I'm feeding my leos small superworms but I notice a lot of people saying they feed theirs 3-5 superworms and they're full so I'm assuming they're feeding the larger ones. Is there any difference between feeding the larger ones and smaller ones? I got them the medium sized superworms before and they were a lot bigger than the recommended "space between their eyes." They're both adults.

Adult leopard geckos can eat full sized super worms no problem. The "space between the eyes thing" can be misleading, it's not the length of the prey item, it's the girth.

Thanks for clearing that up. I was confused about whether "space between eyes" meant length or girth as well...

Okay, that makes a lot more sense than length... it seems like if it was length then almost everything would be too big. If I decided to stay with small superworms how many should I feed them? I'm guessing one small = 2-3 medium so like... 10-15 once every other day?
