Can anyone help me identify this lil rascle.. i found him near my home, and i'm not quite sure what exactly he is...

he's only 2,5cm long... i think that's about an inch.. corect me if im wrong.. and he wont eat anything (crickets, worms...) i bought the smallest pack, and he's still too little to eat them..

what should i do ??
