I use paper towels and carpet. I am really liking that tan Zilla carpet. I hand wash it every 2 weeks, ring out the excess water and put it back into the tanks. The humidity hides get paper towels.

I use all paper towels now. They are cheap, sanitary and easy to clean. Once they poop, you rip the piece with the poop off, wipe down the area of it, then put a new sheet on top. It is also easy to amintain the UTH temp and if it gets to hot you jsut add more sheets, if it gets to cold, you take off sheets.

paper towels

have used sand at one point

then had tiles, pita to clean

paper towel is the best all around substrate for keeping a leopard on simply

cause its easier to work with and cheaper.

Haha

Leopard geckos become easily impacted with loose substrate. This has been stated so many times, I think its nearly impossible you've never seen that.

I saw it but from inquiries on humid box count fiber is used one of many. So should be a issue as substrate. As for gravel seen it used with them. They seems to be okay. Been almost two months now and they been fine with it. No issues there but thanks for the clarification of your opinion. :)
