What to do now?

Unfortunately for me, my first leo (Ryoo) has just passed away. She had been doing very poorly for months, and I have been feeding her slury hoping to see her bounce back. I should have taken her to the vet again, but with being a freshman in college and not having a job I could not find the time nor did I have enough money. I do, however, hope she is now at peace.

My questions now are should I do fecal tests for my other leo (he was in a different tank) and my bearded dragon to make sure it wasn't some disease or parasite? And what should I disinfect her tank with? And could she have died from being fed cold slury, diareea, or from me not taking enough action?

if they are not acting right i would get the test done, Or if you are not very careful cleaning your hands Before and after you handle them. If something seems wrong i would. i would have to be 100% convinced the rest of the animals are perfectly fine.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I know that's difficult, so our thoughts are with you.

I would go ahead and do fecals for your other leo and beardie. It wouldn't hurt and better to be safe than sorry. To clean her tank, I would use chlorhexidine solution and hot water. Be sure to clean all the furniture, dishes, etc with the same.

Good luck and best wishes...
