What to do?

2000 crickets came in mail i grabbed them as soon as they showed at door left them inside door opened box when i got home today. and NONE are moving. they all dead or should i leave them alone for an hour or 2

Sometimes the cold makes them stop moving. Try keeping them at room temp for a while to see if they wake up.

chances are they are dead. if you would have opened the box right away to see if they were alive or dead, you might have gotten a refund however since you waited all day to open the box you are out your money and need to make a new order.

how were they packed?
crickets use a LOT of air and if not packed in a screen-sided box... i dunno...

yes but in the winter sometimes they double box them so the box the crickets are in is screened and the box over that is not
