What to feed...

I don't have a leopard gecko just yet, but I'm planning on getting one soon. Since most stores around here just sell babies (and very tiny babies, I might add), what should I feed them? I've read on some sites that mealworms aren't good for the little ones. (I'd prefer to be able to feed mealworms instead of crickets. :p) Would I have to feed them crickets while they're young? I mean, if I have to, I certainly will. Will they take freeze-dried crickets if I wiggle them around?
(For some reason crickets gross me out way more than mealworms. Haha!)

Oh and as for mealworms, how long to they stay "wormie" before turning into pupa?

You can feed them small crickets or small mealies!

I dont know where you heard little ones cant eat mealies, but I do it all the time.
It is important that your leo have a veriety of different foods.

You can put mealies in the refrigerator and they will not pupate.
You just have to remember to take them out to let then eat, as they
will be dorment, and not eating.

Mealworms are fine for babies. Some places even sell mini-mealworms.
