What type of lizard is this?

I know it isn't a Leopard Gecko, but I saw this lizard in my yard and LOVED the color. The picture doesn't do it justice. I was wondering if anyone had any clue about the type.

you need to catch that it looks like a red phase brown anole

Thats a Beautiful Anole, I have never seen one So RED!
