What variant of wild-type/normal is my gecko?

Seeing that there are now essentially three variants of "normal", I've come to wonder where my own gecko seems to fall into the three grades of "wild" type leopard geckos that have appeared.

It seems to be that the most extreme variant of this is the true "wild-type" coloration (that which you would expect on afghanicus/WC animals.) The key features a tightly spotted pelt and minimal amounts of the background color.

Then there seems to be the "domestic" normal, which I suspect my own gecko to be - still strongly spotted, but a definite gap between the spots can be easily seen.

Thus finally, concluding with the "High yellow and/or low quality tangerine" animals that seem to be mistaken for normals/wild types quite often. I know for a fact that Khalil isn't the extreme end of wild-type, but he doesn't seem to be a low quality tangerine or high yellow either. I could be wrong though, as I haven't exactly seen a "low grade" high yellow (although I have seen lesser value tangerines.)

What would you say he is?

Edit: Lol-grammar in the title. :main_lipsrsealed:

Moar pictures, might be a bit more helpful in determining what flavor of "Normal" (is there a such thing? :p) that my gecko happens to be.

Yeah, it's a regen tail, I think he lost his original tail when he pressed the ladies too hard back at the pet-shop he came from. :main_laugh:

I believe that any "normal" or wild type geckos currently in the pet trade are really mutts and there is no way to tell what subspecies it is unless the breeder indicates that it is a pure or subspecies cross. I may be wrong on this point...

A high yellow or Hypo(not the same as a low grade tangerine but I think that is what you mean) are not normal types at all. They are a reduced pattern gecko and should not be confused with a wild type.

I know that the topic gecko is a mystery genetics gecko, but as I have little experience with high yellows & tangerines that could be mistaken for a "normal" (although I have seen tangerines that could be mistaken for a high yellow to the untrained), I wondered if he really was a "wild-type" or just what someone with experience would categorize as a "low-quality high yellow."

Age - unknown, but presumably 18-24 months old, can't be much older than that.

Weight - again, unknown, but presumably within the 40-50 gram range.
