What will become of these markings

I have had this guy for months now and he still young (not fully grown). I have noticed two red cricles appearing on his head. I got him from Travis and he is a tremper enigma. I was wondering, what is going to become of these red dots (if anything)? they seem out of place but then again I'm and newb when it comes to morphs and genetics.

It seems to be some color changes to the already tangerine coloring. Some geckos actually do add spots as they age and those orange ones (there are other tangerine geckos with orange spots) are quite handsome.
