I'm not judging anyone. I simply explained what Dennis meant by breeding for fun. There's a wrong way and a right way. Hopefully you'll do it the right way. It sounds like your wanting to do it the right way to me. As long as you haven't been keeping those two geckos of yours together in the same tank, you should be fine. If you have, then you may have some eggs to destroy coming up here.

we are not judging you on age or how long you have been here..

your experience is nil..

you now own 2 geckos.. you had to ask a question about one of the most basic things.. this is why we think you need to do more research.

Nothing wrong with working with two very different lines as it offers a great potential down the road. Be sure to keep good records and NEVER allow bells and trempers to be together even for 5 minutes! Incubate in separate LABELED containers. Think about things that will change in your situation when you move from your parents' home, in both financial and time commitments. Will you be able to take all your animals with you, and what about roommates? A lot of things can change quickly.......... Be careful that you don't take on too much too soon.

If you want visual babies (not hets), in the first generation, you will need a dominant or codominant morph, with either bell albino or het bell as a male. Tangerine, Snow, super snow, giant, or super giant bell albino or het bell albino would make some to all of the babies be combinations with that morph.
