I would say that the best pair would be RAPTOR female x Tang jungle albino het RAPTOR.

Not an expert, but this is what I came up with (assuming the albino strain is tremper).

25 - Tremper het RAPTOR
25 - Tremper patty stripe het RAPTOR
25 - Tremper eclipse het RAPTOR
25 - RAPTOR

I'm sure there will be a tang & jungle influence.
