what would i hatch if i bred a male SHTCTB to a Female extreme APTOR het raptor?

Haven't worked with RAPTORs much, but all their genes are recessive, so...
50% Normal het Tremper Albino
50% Normal het Tremper Albino, Eclipse

with varying amount of carrot tail/hypo/baldy

wouldnt shtctb x APTOR would produce hypo tangerines het tremper poss het eclipse since hypo/super hypo is a dominant trait? offspring could also show varying degrees of CT and "balding".

The calculator listed does not include genes like tangerine since its varying. If you have a super hypo then yes all babies would be hypo of some sort, some close to a normal and some more hypo.

Now I know a APTOR/RAPTOR is also a tangerine(and usually carrot tail in there as well) which is where the "OR" part of the name comes from so theoretically speaking yes the babies SHOULD come out Tangerine Carrot Tails(assuming your APTOR has CT as well) but since its a line bred aka polygenic trait(this is slightly different from a dominant trait) there is not guarantee on the amount of Tangerine a baby will inherit from its parents.

People breed the best carrot tailed tangs together to improve the coloring and carrot tailing but I can tell you that its not guaranteed and these people probably go through a large amount of clutches before they do get an "improved" tangerine carrot tail.

All babies would be HET for tremper albino & patternless and 50% of these are also HET for eclipse.
