What would you consider the right temp?

I read the recommended temp to raise leos would be 85-95 degrees. Do you think it depends on the leo? I noticed that draco ( my normal) walks around the tank when the temp is 85 but if the heat goes past 90 it stays in the hide. Trogdor (blizzard) Doesn't seem to care much about the temp.

I keep my hot spot at 95

yeah i keep my Hot side between 90-95, And gradually lower the temp towards the other side of the tank. of course my tank is also a 70 gallon and 48'' long

I keep my thermostat for my UTH set at 95.
