What would you do with this thing?(Heating/lighting question)

I just bought this 5 level rack thing on craigslist and picked it up.

My problem is that the upper two floors have normal light bulb fixtures installed in the upper corners,the other three have 15" light fixtures installed.
4 florrs are made out of wood except one glass floor.
I only have this 10,5 x 9 doors to get inside the cages.
Now i wanted to use flexwatt for heat and tile as substrate also i would take all the lights out.
Or would you leave the light and use them for heating?
What would you do with this thing?
Please write every idea you have down here even if they sound stupid.

well Just some Ideas:
Use zoomed heat cable to heat that thing up and keep the light bulbs just add small ones for only viewing. Looks very nice. I would also paint the inside of the wood maybe like black or white. It will be a pain to do that, but it will look much nicer.
