What's the best UTH? Thermostat?

After reading the forum for a few days, I've decided to go with a UTH rather than the overhead lamp I'm using now. What is the recommended one to use? What size for a 20 gal long? And I want to get a thermostat too. What kind or brand should I go with? Where is the best place to get these supplies?

zoo med makes a good uth. They can be found at most reptile stores and even some chain pet stores. As far as a thermostat i use herpstat and love them. I ordered mine from nsreptiles.com they are 120 shipped there.
