Was cleaning my tubs last night and ran across one of my Leopard geckos. I noticed that on the belly of my patternless albino she had a large black spot that ran to the right-side of her. This spot is internal and the gecko seems to have no obvious discomfort or pain. She still has normal eating habits, and is no longer gravid, last clutch was over a month ago. Any ideas of what this is or may have caused it, any advise would be very helpful.

We had a female that looked like that and she was bleeding internally from a ruptured ovary. She died before the vet opened the next morning. I would get her to the vet immediately if you can.
