Whats your return policy? What should I do?

I have a small juvie that I received two weeks ago. It ate the second day we received her, but regurgitated that night. I wasnt too worried as that sometimes happens. Since then shes refused any and all feeders. Usually I would give it time, but shes is young and losing weight.

My questions:
What can I do to make this gecko happy? Temps are fine, shes housed individually, stress is at a minimum. I've tried crickets, mealies, butterworms, hornworms and waxworms.
Should I contact the supplier? Would it be out of line for me to ask for a replacement?
What do other people do in a situation like this?

Definitely contact them, and at least tell them what happened. I would try giving it Panacur (Fenbendazole) as a dewormer. How is the lighting? You might want to lower it.

I'm going to deworm it tomorrow.
Hopefully, fingers crossed - its appetite will come back SOON
