I found both of my leos on c-list but only one of them was a rescue, the other was pretty well taken care of aside from being kept on millet bedding. Where did you guys find yours?

Akira: girl I graduated high school with had a friend who wasn't taking very good care of her

Zaira and Asher (RIP): C-list. Asher didn't make it longer than a day, and it looks like Zaira might be following him soon. I wish there was something I could do other than making her comfortable in her last days. I think these guys might have to be my last C-list rescues. It's so sad to see them in a place beyond saving.

"Button": this one's my friend's but we got him/her from a local pet store. After watching for 5 months and telling them to get him/her off sand and start feeding better food for that long, we finally just paid the price to jailbreak the poor thing lol. Severely stunted growth, but very healthy otherwise. Gorgeous little leo.

Two showed up at my door courtesy of a now ex neighbor (Faraz and Yasser)

I have rescued a couple from Clist and have moved them on to new homes :)

Kink was breaking my own rules and came from a petstore, but I paid a fraction of what they were asking.

We're registered with the county, so law enforcement and animal control will bring us some of them. Other find us either through the web site, our vet or word of mouth. Its worked well both ways, though. We've had people contact us to adopt or be put on a list to adopt some of our sweet little foundlings. :)

I think it's awesome that people are contacting you for adoption!
It can be pretty hard to find homes for less than perfect animals.

It can be tough sometimes, but we've been blessed with alot of families that are willing to take on a new pet, even if it has special needs.
They come and see the little ones that need new homes, handle them and hear their stories and they just fall in love with them. You can almost see the instant chemistry when the right family finds the baby they'll be adopting. They bond instantly. Its really sweet.
