Tomorrow starts dealing with all the legal bullshit.

I have to see my attorney about getting Spanky's name on Zach's birth cert. We had the funeral home pull hairs for DNS and we have some other stuff for DNA that has been with them and not in my possession.

See the account about getting my name on the corporation papers as president.

Dealing with the bank and putting my name on all the accounts

Dealing with the 15+ credit cards he had. Hopefully most of them are paid off.

Then start building my credit so that I can finance all the cars we need to buy.

And somewhere in there try to organize everything that he called filing. GRRRR

Well, I'm hoping to fix a lot of things so that it makes money instead of breaking even. I mean how does a company that has a gross income of 4 mil a year not make a profit? He was too kind to his drivers and they cost him sooo much money each year it isn't even funny.

If I can get it running right and make the changes needed I may be able to keep it going and make a good amount of money. But I will only keep it if I don't have to work it myself like I have in the past. It's not the kind of life I want to live anymore. I need a life, and I'm not going to let this business kill me like it did him.
