where to get??

where do you guys get your mealworm bedding and what is it. I was thinking about that bran cereal. thats what most caresheets say. Are you suppose to crush the bran cereal or just leave it?

i should of read a little more, the post underneath mine says it, i think im gunna use oatmeal, is that fine by itself then?

you can also use cornmeal

whatever you use, it's helpful to have it in a fine powder if you're going to have lots of mealworms. That way you can use a strainer to sift out the mealworms.
