I have been haveing a hard time deciding wether to get a zoo med rheostat os just a zilla thermostat. can some one tell me wich one would be better

Thermostat is better than rheostat. With the rheostat, the temperature will fluctuate according to the ambient condition, and you'll need to keep track of it more often. i.e. when the room gets cooler, you may need to turn the heat higher. Whereas with the thermostat, it will pretty much keep the temperature around the temp you set in.
